Recently I asked everyone on my lists this question:
"What is the ONE thing, or the ONE area I can help you with most... right NOW, to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in leading, managing or surviving change?"
Many people responded and (as promised) this is what they told me (in order of priority):
(1) Issues with sustaining the change (27%)
(2) Issues with senior management not understanding/accepting the need for CM (18%)
(3) Issues to do with culture and how to deal with "being stuck" & "laggards" (11%)
(4) African NGOs experiencing issues with the drying up of donor funds (11%)
