Lesson 2 – Introduction The Context of Change

It is very systemic and clear guide why people fear to make change and what is the correspondence leadership approach to dissolve it.

Also, totally agreed that if the team in the same organization does not see the benefits of changes, or common goals for changes, it is very hard to grow further.

It is a good reminder that change management is the management of people instead of process. Put people in the first with consistently communication to eliminate unnecessary barriers from in-side hard.

However, it the commercial world, how to balance different stakeholder interest through the change management is still a art and need more strategy to handle.
