Great introduction to the subject

I will be working with a group of people starting next month, and will be introducing many of the ideas.

I'm trying to encourage these folks to view the need for strategies and tactics to manage change as not just an academic exercise, but a foundation for real change in their organization.

It remains to be seen if this will work, but I will be spending a good part of next year working with them and hope to see some real change in their organization.
