Dear Lady Can You Hear The Wind Blow...?

Change Management - Stairway To Heaven?

Change Management - Stairway To Heaven?

In so many organisations, change is imposed from the top-down.

Senior management have a vision of where they want the organization to be - they have seen what they perceive to be their "stairway to heaven" - but they give little consideration to the human impact nor to winning hearts and minds.

The focus is on IT, process and the bottom-line.

The default position is to push it down the line as early as possible to project level.

Those on the receiving end of these decisions go through the motions of complying but in reality they resist the change.
