"I was just emailing you on the off chance that you might be able to point me in the right direction, I have just started a post grad course on "strategic management and leadership", the first assignment is on strategic change management.
I need to select a company going through change, that is going to have an effect on the employees.
I then need to analyse and evaluate the process and methods they have used.
I've been trauling the internet today and reading the business pages of the newspapers and cant find any suitable companies, are there any that spring to mind to you, that i should look at?"
I get a lot of messages similar to the one above asking for specific and detailed information on case studies.
I am not in a position to provide that level of detail but here are 2 practical suggestions:
(1) I would join (or use if already on) Linkedin and look up the special interest groups on strategy, leadership, CM etc and ask the questions there.
(2) I'd also join and use specific forums such as Rick Maurer's excellent Change Management Open Source Project
there are a lot of practitioners there who may be able to help you.
